Founded by entomologist Chandra Maleckas-Bunker in 2001, and joined by product developer Brett Bunker in 2007, Ridge Quest Inc. has been at the forefront of Integrated Pest Management solutions and novel approaches to orchard management. Together, Chandra’s extensive research into mating disruption as a sustainable pest management practice and Brett’s skill in product development, CNC and plastic injection molding, has led Ridge Quest to patent the first convenient pheromone delivery system, The Tangler.

RQI’s primary mission is to provide quality services and products to the fruit and nut producers of the world to help growers increase the quality and efficiency of their yields in sustainable ways.

We’re here to assist Rural Communities to create prosperity so they are self-sustaining, repopulating, and economically thriving. We aim that our work helps to ensure that our national forest and private working lands are conserved, restored, and made more resilient to climate change while enhancing our water resources. We want to help America promote agricultural production and biotechnology exports as America works to increase food security. And last but not least, it’s our mission that our work help ensure that all of America’s children have access to safe, nutritious and balanced meals.
